The operator’s legal name, business address, and telephone number will be provided without delay by email upon request and before the client enters into a contract.
NATURE OF BUSINESS
Osaka Photographer℠ provides professional photography services for conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, award ceremonies, trade shows, weddings, and similar engagements throughout Japan. Most clients are international organizations, corporations, universities, government agencies, embassies, NGOs, and conference organizers.

BOOKING PROCESS
Photography services are provided by quotation and invoice only. Each engagement is quoted according to the client’s requirements, location, schedule, and requested services. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of the required cleared deposit.
PRICING
All published prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and exclude applicable tax unless otherwise stated. Custom services are priced by individual quotation.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Ethereum (ETH)

PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% balance must be received and fully cleared no later than one (1) calendar day before the scheduled photography session. Proof of transfer, pending status, or processing confirmation does not constitute cleared payment.
DELIVERY
Edited photographs are delivered electronically. Delivery timeframes vary by package and may include:
• Optional 6-hour priority delivery
• Optional 24-hour express delivery
• Delivery within five business days
• Delivery within 20–30 business days for wedding packages
Conference packages may include same-day delivery of unedited files in RAW, JPEG, or both, as described on the Rates page and in the applicable quotation or agreement.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Except for cryptocurrency payments and custom packages, cancellations made with at least twenty-eight (28) calendar days’ notice qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 28 days of the scheduled session forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling is permitted only with at least 28 calendar days’ notice and is not available within the final 28 days before the scheduled session. Cryptocurrency payments and payments for custom packages are subject to the separate non-refundable provisions stated in our Terms & Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and authorship in all photographs remain with Osaka Photographer℠. Clients receive the usage rights granted under our Terms & Conditions and any applicable quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.
CLIENT BASE
Osaka Photographer℠ primarily provides photography services to international organizations and clients traveling to Japan. Most engagements are negotiated, contracted, and conducted in English pursuant to individually prepared quotations.
APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS
Our Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement, govern each engagement. If a signed agreement provides different or additional terms, that agreement will control to the extent of the difference.
