PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments may be made through Wise, bank or wire transfer, or supported cryptocurrency networks.
For Wise, bank, and wire transfers, we may receive information such as the payer’s name, email address, bank or financial institution, transaction reference, payment amount, currency, account information appearing on transaction records, and remittance details.
For cryptocurrency payments, we receive wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, payment amounts, and other information recorded on the relevant blockchain. Public blockchain records are generally permanent and cannot be altered or deleted by us.
We do not directly collect or store payment-card numbers.

Adobe Portfolio/Behance, Google Analytics, and other technical providers may automatically collect limited information when you visit the Website, including:

Photographs and booking materials may be delivered to the client, the payer, or another recipient authorized by the client. After delivery, the client is responsible for its own use, storage, and disclosure of the photographs.
We do not rent or sell personal information to third parties.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND EVENT ATTENDEES
Photography services may involve photographing individuals who did not personally make the booking, including employees, speakers, attendees, guests, suppliers, or members of the public.
The booking client or event organizer is responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for photography at the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Osaka Photographer retains the right to select, publish, display, and use photographs it creates for its portfolio, websites, social media, exhibitions, competitions, editorial features, advertising, and promotional materials. No additional permission from the booking client is required unless a separate written agreement expressly restricts such use. This does not override any restriction imposed by applicable law.
We do not use facial-recognition technology to identify photographed individuals.

ADOBE PORTFOLIO AND BEHANCE
The Website is hosted through Adobe Portfolio and may integrate content or functionality with Behance. Contact-form submissions are processed through Adobe Portfolio/Behance and forwarded to the email address configured for the Website.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND COOKIES
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Website. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, pages viewed, and Website interactions.

DATA RETENTION
We retain different categories of personal information for different periods:
• Unconfirmed inquiries and related correspondence are generally retained for up to two years after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary.
• Client photographs and related working files are generally retained for no longer than one year after delivery.
• Availability or replacement of delivered photographs is guaranteed only for ninety (90) days after delivery. After ninety days, continued availability is not guaranteed, and clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
• Contracts, invoices, transaction records, payment information, and accounting or tax records are retained for the period required by applicable Japanese law or for resolving legal or contractual matters.
• Google Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings applied within Google Analytics. Aggregated or anonymized statistics may be retained for longer periods.
• Cryptocurrency transactions recorded on a public blockchain may remain publicly accessible indefinitely and cannot be deleted or altered by us.
• Information contained in system backups may remain until the relevant backup is overwritten or securely deleted through normal retention procedures.
We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING AND TRANSFERS
We are based in Japan. Personal information may also be processed in other countries where Adobe, Google, Wise, financial institutions, email providers, storage providers, or other service providers operate, including the United States and other jurisdictions.
